What happens after I place my order?

Your order takes up to 24 hours to process. A confirmation of your order will be sent to you via email, in which case, you can now make the payment for your order. Proof of payment must be sent to our e-mail address which will be confirmed after.

Office hours are on Mondays to Fridays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

How much is shipping?

The shipping fee is excluded from the posted retail price. The standard is PHP 60 for Metro Manila and PHP 150 for provincial orders.

You may also opt to have your item delivered via Lalamove or GrabExpress. Just send us a message so we can make arrangements for this.

What are the acceptable payment methods?

We accept payments through BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and GCash. You can get our bank information once you have checked out.

When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to send orders out as soon as possible. Items will usually be shipped out 1-2 business days after your payment has been settled.

When will I get my order?

The delivery time is estimated at 1-3 days for Metro Manila orders and 3-5 days for provincial orders.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you once the item has been shipped.
